TCT SAW BLADE - WOOD CUTTING BLADE
1. Description of TCT saw blade
TCT means tungsten carbide tips which can be used on cutter, drill, saw, and so on.
TCT is a high hardness and refractory metal carbide (WC, TiC) micron powder as the main component, cobalt (Co) or Nickel (Ni), Molybdenum (Mo) as a binder, in a vaccum or hydrogen furnace reduction furnace in sintering of powder metallurgy products. TCT circular saw blades are made by steel core and carbide tips.
2. Basic specification of TCT blade:
Tooth shape: ATB, Square Top Tooth, TCG, etc. Other tooth shapes available.
Teeth: Ranging from 8 to 140.
Dimension size: 105~500mm
TCT saw blades of custom made specification is also acceptable.
3. Application of TCT saw blade: For cutting wood, plastics and non-ferrous metal sheet, etc.
4. Type of TCT saw blade:
