Diamond drill bits are produced by low-temperature electroplating, this technology avoide the thermal injury of diamonds during manufacturing process so the performances of diamonds are not affected and the matrix is more stable, which leads to reliable performances of the products.
Application and features:
These drill bits are excellent for complete rocks and concrete and have been widely used for engineering reconnaissance, grouting and grouding processing. Compared to PCD bits produced by hot press sintering, the mono crystal diamonds of electroplated drill bits can break the rocks which help speed up the drilling in hard and very hard rocks
